Went in to buy a rifle with a friend. 3 workers behind the gun counter and not a single one came over to help for close to 10 min. Im guessing because I didnt have a camo hat on. I certainly couldve asked them directly for help, but when you get ex-girlfriend dirty looks from them it isnt very welcoming. Then another customer walked up stood right next to me. Boom! A worked instantly walked right past me and asked them if they needed help. Then finally they asked if I needed help. I said yes and wanted to know the difference between a couple gun models. They replied with "I dont know, theres too many it makes my head spin". Thanks for the help F&S! Left and took my business to Cabelas across the street where they gladly helped and ended up spending around a grand on a gun and supplies.

First off, I purchased a gun safe. When I picked up and brought it home there was a big dent on the front. Wasnt very happy. Went back into store next morning to find a manager. Since safe is so heavy didnt want to have to bring it back, also was the last one they had in stock. Michael was his name, so pleasant, so nice. Said he was very sorry for the inconvenience, and gave me a nice discount. Thanks guys, also thanks for not giving me any attitude for wearing a Cabelas hat, like some stores do. Thanks again!!

The customer service is excellent! They are always willing to help me out with my purchases and give me helpful tips/knowledge before I buy. Last month I bought a trail camera and put it out. We had severe flooding for the area and my camera was ruined after two days of being up. Jenny S and Sylvia worked with me (without a receipt) to exchange my camera for free! This (and many similar experiences) is why I keep coming back to F&S.

Ive visited several stores like F&S. I love fishing, enjoy hunting, and adore camping. While F&S has an okay selection, their prices are far beyond what I expect for the quality. Before you think Im a Cabelas fan, I have the same reservations about them. Id rather shop locally and get better quality for the same price.

4 Months straight the hook and bait section has needed a restock. Driving 30 mins to the store each way and finding over and over what I made the trek for unavailable has me now shopping at the near by competition. Highly unsatisfied with this location,staff and management.

Bought a canoe today. Loaded canoe myself and saw it had dents and dings all over and no screws in front. Had to go back in and request a "new" canoe (suppose to be new to begin with)!!! They loaded the next one! Look over your expensive merchandise!

Hunting department full of Dic*s... waste of time, prices are on clearance from $59 to WoW $54, what a great deal... another example is Fieldline one sling bag-pack is $54 , same bagpack is $27 at Walmart!!! Would never waste my time here...

Great experience. Friendly staff. You can use your Dicks Sporting Goods Rewards card here as well. Had to pick up some ammunition and they had great prices (25% off that day).
