I had such a great experience with Fox Nissan! I have never bought a car before, so I started out in this process feeling over whelmed and not sure where to begin. I originally went there looking for a pre-owned car where Tim instantly came out asked me what I was looking for, to which I had no idea. He was able to direct me to something that would work for me by asking me tons of questions and being very attentive to my answers while asking and telling me things about each car, I never would have thought about asking. As someone that has never bought a car before, the most important aspect was that he was able to be such an attentive, helpful and great salesperson without pressuring me. When I decided instead to buy a brand new car I went back to the Fox Nissan dealership because of my great experience with Tim. While he was unable to help me with a new car, he directed me to another salesperson, Paul Young. He made my experience as easy, painless and pressure free as possible. He made sure that I was able to test drive the car when I needed, stood back to let me really get a feel for the car. Because of his helpfulness, kindness, attentiveness, I chose to go with a Nissan over my other finalist a Toyota Corolla. Then, yesterday I walked in with the intention of making a final decision and two hours later he had my brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra ready for me to drive out the door. I would highly suggest using either of these two salesmen next time you are looking for a pre-owned or new car! Thanks so much to everyone in the Fox Nissan dealership family, the next time I am looking for a car I would defiantly come back as well as recommending you both to anyone I know looking for a car!

After purchasing a 2002 Altima SL from Gezon and experiencing the agony of needing an entirely new engine and converter within 5 months, we turned to Fox Nissan for a reliable car. We ended up purchasing a Subaru, which wound up needing an engine a year after said purchase. (I would like to point out that the Subarus issue was a result of neglect on the previous owners part, and Fox technicians wouldnt have discovered it upon the sale. The technician we had look over the car didnt discover it with his tests...we just seem to have awful luck with cars.) Well, once we realized the Subaru had a death sentence, we called Larry Swanson for help and couldnt be happier. He really worked with our limited income and managed to find something newer that passed all of our now mandatory inspections. He worked with our hectic schedule and even absorbed some of the cost when financial institutions would only finance up to a few hundred dollars short of what we needed. I cant say enough nice things about Larry. Used car salesmen may have a bad reputation, but the people I have encountered at Fox Nissan have been completely the opposite of what I was used to before. Larry is honest about what he knows about each vehicle, pointing out flaws or issues and being candid about what will happen during the financing process. We considered a lease, and he went over the pros and cons with us and didnt push us into anything we couldnt easily afford. Plus, they have cookies in the lounge. I enjoy baked goods.

Purchased 2007 Nissan Maxima Jan. 7, 2015. I think my first mistake was buying before it had been checked over, but I thought it would have been checked for basics (like a working radio) at the time Fox Nissan would have brought it under their umbrella and put on the lot. Although I had heard of all Fox dealerships excellent reputation, I should have gone with my instincts and had it looked over by a third party. I have had the car into the shop twice for minor repairs and a new radio, and have been impressed with the courteous service and sense of fair play. Both my salesperson and the service person went to bat for me and I had my new radio put in without charge. A few other things were also done with no charge. I am taking my vehicle in on Fri. to have the trunk lid fixed. The arms are not working correctly, but that will be at my expense. Overall, the service has been great and the wait time also great. I noticed the service people let the customers know of the progress with the repairs while you wait in the comfortable waiting room--both having an update and having a pleasant place to wait were nice benefits of the service.

My recent experience at Fox Nissan was top notch! Originally, I was not considering the Nissan brand, but was encouraged to take a look anyway. I discussed my list of "must haves" and the salesman, Tom Wallace, really listened! When I arrived at the dealership to take a look, I was pleasantly surprised to find a vehicle that met everything on my list - and then some. Tom took the time to explain all the features and advantages of the Nissan over competitors, and obviously knew his brand very well. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire staff at Fox Nissan - from the sales floor, to finance to service. I was a "tough customer" and Tom went the extra mile to deliver the perfect car for me, at the perfect price! The redesign of the Sentra is a winner in my book! I have and will continue to recommend Fox Nissan to my friends and family; and look forward to returning for my next leased vehicle. Thank you to Tom and the entire Fox Nissan team for providing a truly enjoyable car buying experience, from beginning to end. You have made a believer out of me!

We went into this experience not knowing what to expect, due to a negative experience with another dealership. Boy were we surprised! Fox Nissan puts the exclamation point on customer service! Right from the start we were treated respectfully and our salesman, Scott Brockette, really listened and made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. We had a specific request and he worked very hard to find exactly what we wanted (even down to the color). Scott was very professional, well-informed and provided no pressure exceptional service. We also appreciate his great sense of humor. We also want to thank the finance man, Ted Beardsley, for a wonderful experience as well. We found him very professional and engaging, and actually had fun during the document signing process. Both Scott and Ted made the whole process very enjoyable. We really love our 2011 Murano and want to thank everyone at Fox Nissan for the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! We highly recommend this dealership. Fox Nissan will have our business from now on.

Again the Fox Motor Group goes above and beyond. I have purchased 3 Nissans from Fox and was just recently in the market for a Hyundai for my wife. I called my Nissan sales rep Josh Furtaw at Fox Nissan and told him what I was looking for. As always Josh went into immediate action to see how he could meet our needs. Although Josh sells Nissan he went right over to Fox Hyundai to make sure he was able to facilitate my wifes interest. Josh has always been very responsive to questions and always asks if there is anything else he can do to make purchasing a car at Fox more enjoyable. Needless to say we bought a Hyundai for my wife from Fox because of Josh and the great customer service of all the Fox Motor people. My wife was overjoyed and commented about the wonderful experience she had and care the Fox Motor Family showed to her during this transaction. So if you are looking for a great time purchasing a car, I know that sound funny but true go to any of the Fox Motor dealers you wont be sorry. Thanks Josh!! .
