Fantastic customer service! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. The willingness to help and answer questions shows fantastic customer service. I bought a bag of food last night and realized it not only wouldnt seal closed property but that I even bought the wrong kind after opening it ofcourse. They happily swapped it out for me. They have earned my business for as long as they are there!

Chow Hound in Grand Haven has outstanding customer service.The employees are very friendly and are very much willing to go that extra step to make sure you get the product you came for plus they have good suggestions on other products....Great store to visit and the prices are good...I would highly recommend this store for pet care.

Our dog does not get along well with other animals but I really wanted to use their bath system. When I pulled in I called and two employees made sure there were no other dogs on my way to the room so we can get there safely it went so smoothly! They were so helpful! I 100% will be back!
