I just went in your store at this location to make a purchase. One of your cashiers was working her register with a SNAKE around her neck, half-buried in her hair. I saw her wearing it as I came in and turned around and left. I will never go back. I am terrified of snakes, as are a lot of people. This is a common fear. I consider having one thrust upon me while I am trying to pay for my purchases tantamount to assault. I cant believe this is corporate policy, and if it is, good luck losing customers. And if not, this employee needs to be fired. I would give zero stars if possible, And I will be shopping at other pet stores from now on.

I enjoy going to our local Pet Supermarket. David is a VERY valuable asset to this store. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals & products. He guided me through nutrition for a feral cat I rescued, our other cats, dogs, fish, & frogs. He deserves a standing ovation!!!!!! I take all my pet care needs to Pet Supermarket & especially to David. I told him this a.m. he should be a Veterinarian! He has a genuine love for animals & treats each customer with concern & shares his expertise. Many thanks to David!

Amazing. The only pet store Ive found in Montgomery that actually has BOTH of the cages Ive been looking for for my chinchillas! Amazing customer service as well.
