I decided to drop my rating for grooming. Whereas i like to use them, i can never get ahold of them. Ive been trying for two weeks to make an appointment and they dont answer, theyre not in when its normal hours or if you leave a message they dont return it. I give up. Old review: Ive been taking my dog to their grooming for years now and have had nothing but great service! My mini poodle can be a bit of a butt, and very vocal in expressing her unhappyness, when trying to do grooming things to and they handle her great and she gets a good haircut. They have friendly hours (early to late) I would recommend the groomers! I havent spent much time in the store. They have a good supply of ferret items if I remember correctly.

Beware of scheduling an appointment in the grooming salon. I called on a Wednesday and made an appointment on Friday - there were several appointments available so I just picked a time slot. When I called to check the status of my dog 90 min after the appointment started they informed me he had not yet been started. I was not told he would be in a kennel for 90+ min of his scheduled appointment. The manager, Tom, was unapologetic and aloof. I will not use any Petco for grooming or pet supplies.

The dude at this Petco is always awesome he knows enough to get me started until I get home to research enough on my own. They have good food selections for reptiles. I like their betta food selection. I bought my betta there, hes healthy and happy. Very active! he help us with our beardy the most I think he gives us the advice we need. The cashiers are never that friendly. But who cares I am always leaving the store when I see their sour faces.

I came to this petco to adopt a pet rat or two. The rats were sick... They had eye problems and were sneezing. After the rude sales associates grabbed one of the rats by the tail (which they hate) and handed it to me... I knew these rats were very unhealthy. They also had a baby guinea pig that was way too young to be sold. It was as small as a teddy bear hamster. Way too young to be bred/sold. I will not be going to this store ever again.

I visit this store regularly as it is close to my house. They need to carry more selection of the healthy, grain-free can and dry foods for cats and concentrate less on the brands I can buy at the adjacent Wal-Mart. Presenty, I have to drive to PetSuppliesPlus near Glendale to buy them. Also, one female cashier is very unpleasant and discourteous. I try to avoid her but frequently she is the only cashier there.

Petco is my go to place for my pets food and supplies! Earn points on every purchase with my Petco card, always find what I need, employees are super helpful! Heck, I even got one of my cats here! (A rescue) along with over a hundred dollars worth of coupons.

They were rude and did not know anything about my animals. The brought me two animals insuring they were healthy and they died within a week. I provided them with more than everything they need and my previous animals are still healthy.

The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for. They do have a great selection of foods for all pets. The young lady helping us I would give her a 10 for trying so hard.

Good Care for all the animals, they have everything they need. One down side that I really didnt enjoy was the small cages. It was sad seeing the animals in the very small habitats not even getting let out to play.

This is the closest one to my location, about a 25 minute drive, but I love the friendly educated staff. My Bella loves going bye bye with me to pick out her own toys and "cookies"

Usually a great place, only had one poor experience where a man let his dog roam off-leash and no employee (i.e. manager) was bold enough to tell the man he had to leash his dog.
