I took my dog here once, to get groomed. I was semi-satisfied with their services. The only thing I noticed, was they didnt seam to de-shed her completely. My dog seemed happy, and looked clean. I paid $50 for their full services, which was much cheaper than many other dog salons. I would give their dog services salon a B+ I recently was calling around different stores, trying to find a dog engraving machines. Petco has by far the best engraving machine I have seen! You pick you tag, purchase it, then take it, and engrave your tag... it never leaves the cassette it comes with, you enter the cassette right into the machine.. I was very impressed!

Brought my dog here twice and they cracked her nails (multiple) both times and didnt tell us, so we had blood all over the car and floor at home before noticing it and taking her back to get it under control. They also did a horrible job at her haircut both times as it was uneven as if they just left clumps uncut. She was terrified of groomings after going here and would shake and whine when we took her to other groomers. I now take her to Diamonds in the Ruff on Douglas and they do an amazing job.

we bought a long haired hamster a boy in november and he just died on may 20th we had him for only 6 months. when we bought our teddy bear hamster from petco on alpine ave we had him for 3 years.so we think that petco in holland sold us a sick hamster the first night we brought him home he was squeaking all night eating his food and then when he was sleeping. our last hamster before this one never squeek when he was eating and sleeping.

I dont ever buy anything at the physical store. Instead I buy from their online website because you can get better sales. They also have specials where you can save more if you buy more. Ive checked at the store for their online specials and they never usually have them. Will continue to buy from their website instead.

Very small store, had very little selection on dog toys. Dropped off my dog to get his hair cut and upon first glance, he looked alright. But upon closer inspection, his legs and chest are uneven and I found one cut on the underside of his muzzle and another on his chest. No wonder the groomer refused to accept a tip.

Very friendly service. They offer many devices for your pets. They have grooming and dog training. They carry a wide variety of suplies for many types of pets. Good selection of fish and can special order if you are looking for certain fish. Very knowledgeable staff and always smiling.

Place is ok. Some workers are well educated and helpful where other workers know nothing about pets. Customer service is usually pretty good here (not always tho). I usually go to chow hound (the staff there is more educated and more helpful)
