I called the store and asked about renting a carpet cleaner and they said yes come on up so I get there show my ID like the last time then they say that the policy change we only rent to garden city residents only something they could have said on the phone so I will let everyone know that they should not go to the Store for nothing else let it be for gardan city people only and spend your money some where else

For all the years that me and my family have been going to Ace I can say that not one time have I ever had a bad experience. Randy and his employees go above and beyond to help you. If they dont have or cant get it they do their upmost best to find it. I will ALWAYS go to ACE first before the other hardware stores. I will always 100% recommend them to everyone.

This hardware store is a credit to the city & all the people who shop here. I was getting ready to spend $40 on drain opener. Randy stopped us. Drew a a diagram & told us how to fix the issue without spending money. Who does that?? If you dont shop here you should. I can not say enough positive things about this store.

Apparently they have a policy of not accepting manufacturers coupons for carpet cleaner rentals, and presumably other manufacturers coupons. I am just glad there are multiple other hardware stores in the area which will now be getting my business.
