Purchased a fireplace from Big Lots. The box was extremely huge and heavy. There were no men within the store to access in loading this item on to my truck. Nor was the tiny women in furniture capable of lifting rhe box. I literally had to leave to go pickup someone to help me. After finally getting the heavy box home, up a flight of 10 steps and through two rooms, we opened the box to discover that it wasnt the right fireplace. Furious! Its even more upsetting that while purchasing this item I overheard the attendant taking a call of a complaining customer who they gave the wrong couch to. The lack of carelessness is at an all time high. I will be returning this $599.99 item for a FULL refund first thing tomorrow morning.

Ended up hitting their special 20% off sale and was treated like royalty. The next day when I went to pick up one of the items we had ordered, the truck had not come in so the manager gave us another % off and assured us she would call us the next day when the truck came in, and she followed through! Great experience all around!

The didnt have any men at the store that day I bought a box spring so I had to load my own box spring and tie it on top of my van took over an hour until a man helped me...
