How do you rate this place? The items are either passed their expiration date or slightly weathered so how can you expect more from the employees. The items are fine; you can purchase non perishables to furniture. Most of the time you can find good values or items that were discontinued. I bought individual size mouthwash for 10 cents a piece or a package of floss for a quarter. Items like cereal may taste old. Recently i threw out a package of crackers and tuna as it wasnt appealing. With that said, the food out ways the bad

Bought a kitchen table at this store, when assembling chairs we where missing parts. Called the salesman and was not helpful at all, just didnt want to deal with it. Called the store on Dequinder and those people went out of there way to get us are parts and make sure we were happy with our purcase even though we didnt buy it there. This is the store we will go to now!

I called ten Big Lots stores looking for a certain clearanced Christmas item. The gentleman that helped me was amazing, wish Id had gotten his name. He held my item for me all day until I could make it up there. I was very appreciative of his help.

So, the area 14 and Schoenherr, is not upscale. However, if youre on a budget or just like getting a good deal you need to check this place out. I scored big on bedding, skin care products, and snacks. Huge selection of products at deep discounts.
