Staff is always friendly, and helpful. This is not the reason I gave 3 stars. I have noticed in time, prices keep getting higher and higher. To the point where its not even fun to go there anymore. They mark stuff up to almost retail prices where I could just go to a big box store and buy it for the same price. All of this stuff is donated, I understand that you have over head, but your 1976 tape player isnt worth $40.00..sorry. But they keep the store clean and well organized.

Manager gave us a refund even though their policy had changed the first of the year because we were still new to the policy. Book selection is small but revolving and cheap two for a dollar. Housewares dont turn over very quickly likely because of the high price. Everything feels picked over because people grab fast. You almost need to stay a few hours to see what you can snag. The mens clothes arent that appealing in my opinion but women seemed to have luck there.

This Goodwill sold us two recliners infested with bed bugs, because they dont check them before selling. THANKS A WHOLE HECK OF A LOT. IF IT WAS POSIBLE I WOULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS!!!!! ANYONE WHOS READS THIS DONT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING BED BUG INFESTED FURNITURE!!!!

There use to be a lot of great finds here for a cheap price but here lately the prices are outrageous and the finds are that great.

Over the years the prices have gone up to a point where Wal-Mart or Meijer is cheaper on certain items.

Decent selection, prices were all over the place, which is typical of a Goodwill.
