While I was there I witness rudeness of an Associate 8 Hannah how she treated an obviously an elderly lady with mental problems. She ask one associate how much a pair of ear muffs that were BROKE said she could fix them with duct tape and ask how much for those thin knit gloves that Walmart sell 2 for $1.00 the older lady said she could have both for $1.00 ....But once she went to check out Hannah said she could buy the broken ear muffs for 49 cents, but the gloves were $1.00 but very rude about how she talk to her very condescending way. So the elderly lady said just to keep it since she was told differently but would still come every week to shop there and Hannah responded "Oh great not looking forward to it".... After the elderly woman walk away she said to another associate Im throwing away these muffs since they are broke... so she throw them away but wouldnt let an eldery lady have them . Needless to say I was raised to respect my elders and I sure wouldnt want my Aunt, mother, grandmother not even my daughter treated in that matter!!! I was disgusted and will not being going back if that how they treat people it was uncalled for !!

The associates are extremely rude. The items that they sell are priced so outrageously. This is a thrift store people. It is to help people get the things they need at a cheaper price. All things are used why in the world should we have to pay full price as if it were an actual retail store??? The ladies made a commebt to me about keeping my child quiet because she was talking to loudly and that if i could not do that than I needed to leave. How dare you tell me my child need not speak! She is 5! I have xalled the better business Bureau and there will be consequences for this! I will not be returning to this place. I have also started a petition with over 307 people on it already in three rivers on how they will not being going to this goodwill again! Someobe needs to knock these people down to size

Not a fan! The workers are not friendly they compare their items to regular retai store items pricing even when the item is not new or even missing parts. They will change dates on items so that they will not be part of a sale, and if they think an item is worth something or a certain brand they will raise the price for just that reason, and most of the clothes they sale you can find on clearance at normal retail stores for half the price. Consider yourself lucky if u actually get a good deal from this place. Almost forgot...they make you ask for a key to the bathroom like your going to steal there overpriced resales!!!

Really nice place. I have found the people there to be very friendly - not sure if the other reviews on here are being truthful in that regard. I would agree that most items are a bit over priced. However, compared to other Goodwill stores that I have been too, this one is the cleanest and best organized. Also, as a side note, I didnt have to ask to be given a key to the bathroom.

Im not contributing as much anymore since they cut their donors coupons to a 10% discount. It was a 20% discount and I would go in and use that on something. I donate to a church group now.
