since the stores are remodeled the prices are to high and at the Hartford city one the people are rude and wont do any negotiating I am a good customer there or was bought a picture got home and picture was not any good took it right back to store and they would not even give Me my money back or trade me for anything if people are going to work in retail they should be people friendly not rude and not even speak to customers I have shopped hc store alot and am a good customer but do to these things above dnt know if I will return!!!

I like this thrift store. Its small, but the prices are reasonable. The workers are friendly and the proceeds benefit the city mission.
