If I could give them a 0 I would! That is how bad the experience was. The vehicle we bought from them has had nothing but problems. From 15 minutes off the lot. The heated leather seats only work when they want to which includes the power drivers side seat as well. I called them within 15 minutes of leaving their dealership to tell them about it and they said they would fix it. It is 9 months later and nothing. Of course it is electrical so its not a warrantied part. We were told we had a great warranty, it sucked. We have had to replace over $4500 in parts on this vehicle and it still is a POS. They promised us 3 car loans with $1000 MAX down on mine (it was bigger) also $500 MAX down on each for my husband and daughter. When we went to pick up the 3 vehicles we were told "Oh the bank changed the approval now you need $3700 down". Or take the bigger POS minivan, stripped down with manual windows, etc which he had tried to force me in to for a week which I told him a 1 million times HELL NO! So because we were in a bind and he KNEW it, we were forced to take this truck. It drives like crap runs like crap has numerous problems all but 2 were NOT warrantied. It was dark out when we got there, they refused to let me test drive it and said that if I wanted the truck and not the minivan (the ONLY 2 choices they said I had) we HAD to take it then because they had 2 more buyers coming in the morning. We have credit issues so we got taken. The truck has HUGE rusted completely through the truck rear fender a hole about the size of a basket ball which I could not see due to the dark and snow. NEVER GO TO THESE CROOKS!

Absolutely love this dealership! I bought a used car from them a year and a half ago and LOVE IT!!! The sales girl was so friendly, nice and genuinely helpful! I probably asked 100 questions and she was able to answer me with out seeming annoyed! Everyone that worked there seemed to be like a bunch of great people! I couldnt have asked for a better place to do my first car purchase through! I was able to take as many test drives as I needed to insure that I was making the right decision in such a big purchase! All the cars on their lot are clean and on the newer side! I knew I was going to get a good vehicle by seeing that their lot was filled with nice cars and not a bunch of junkers! Thank you to all of the employees for taking my trade in and upgrading me to an awesome car that is dependable and reliable for my family! I couldnt thank you enough and I recommend you to people all the time! I hope you guys will have continued success as good people should always come out on top!

This place sells vehicles saying they where looked at by a mechanic when they are really just checked to make sure they start and drive straight i have had my car about 8 months started to have steering issues had a real mechanic look it over just to find out i was sold a vehicle missing the whole rear sway bar linkage and now is gonna cost almost 3000 dollars to repair because they sold a vehicle missing a key component thanks extreme next time think u can use lube before u screw someone over and then blow them off if your gonna buy a car from them take sum lube that way it dont hurt so bad good luck

Being a first time buyer with little to no credit, I came into this car lot and was approached by a very kind salesman(John) he helped me get into a 2008 Chevy Impala, i was very happy about getting a nice car, John wasnt a shark trying to force me into something i didnt want. i drove the car and went home and slept on it came back the next morning and made a great deal. John was going to sell me an Outlook. So i took it to a friend of the family that owns a shop and it needed 1500 dollars off the rip done to it. On top of many more problems. It had 3 misfires out of 6. John stated my mechinic was lying, which makes no sense. Moral of the story PLEASE TAKE ANY CAR YOU PLAN ON BUYING TO A MECHINIC. Glad he didnt get My business, because no one will ever laugh in My face.

I walked in to Extreme Auto and i was very pleased on my first visit of purchasing a work truck, i was so happy with my truck I came back and bought 2 more trucks for my landscape company all 3 of these trucks now have over 200k miles and just keep working i would recommend this place to anybody!

3 days after the purchase of the car the transmission needed to be rebuilt **Have your car checked out before purchasing because they either had no idea or they lied, either way very unsatisfied!!**N way was this car checked by a mechanic!! I Would get my money back if I could!!

Twice I tried requesting a price on a vehicle. Filled out the form. Got 2 CG emails with no quote. It said, due to the high volume of emails its best to call? How about listing the price so you dont get so many emails...
