A few years back I had some friends in Bridgman invite me and my fiance` over for a dinner party. To my surprise, they were serving Filet Mignon for ten! Even more to my surprise, it was the best damn filet I had ever had, I was in disbelief (and frankly still am) my buddy is a chef and I have worked in kitchens as well and am a huge foodie, and love me some steak. Needless to say I have been back for filets from Bridgman Premier Meat Market time and time again, and still cant find a better cut!! And the price, try to beat it for the quality, I dare you. Drive to this place from wherever you live or work, well worth the time and effort...

Stopped at Bridgman while traveling through the area. Matt was interesting to talk to and even recommended a a good restaurant for us to try, but I digress. I left with bacon, breakfast sausage and Hawaiian Brats. The sausage was lean, mild and perfect with eggs and toast. The bacon is porky perfection! I only bought one pound and now wish I had 10! Wonderful!!! Cant wait to thaw the brats and try them! Only down side is its 239 miles from my house. Ill go out of my way buy meat there again! PS The restaurant he recommended was Coachs in Stevensville. YUM!

These guys are Rock Stars of meats. Always something special. We come up for the weekend and always ask what is new and that is dinner for the night. Never been disappointed except when they run out of brats then I tried their chicken sausage! Another winner. Try them out Matt is a great guy that shares his expiertise. Just dont buy all the smoked Gouda !

Fresh cut steaks and chops at an awesome price. I drive thru Bridgman every week for work and pick up 2 inch thick pork chops for stuffing, never had a better stuffed pork chop in my life! Very friendly, family owned butcher shop. Ask Matt for some of his homemade specialties, killer italian sausage.

Great quality meats ad friendly service. Bought some Korean marinated ribs and made them for dinner. They were awesome! Cant wait to try the Asian brats we got. Those will be tonights meal. Will definitely be a regular stop for us now that we have found these creative meat gurus!
