What a great little butcher shop. The inside is bright, clean, and tastefully done. Standup cold storage hold fresh sausages, cuts of meat, and fresh eggs as well as frozen items. The counter display has a variety of house made sausages, bacon, and cut to order meats. On this visit, a large ribeye was sitting in the case, ready for steaks to be cut. Just to warn you, they may or may not have exactly what you are looking for. This is not a large scale operation and does not have 20 feet of butcher counter full of whatever cut you desire. With that said, the quality of meat is amazing. If you dont see what you want in the case, just ask. I was looking for a few pounds of stew beef. The butcher cut this off a primal in just a few minutes. I would recommend calling ahead if you have specific needs.

The people at Saint Adrian are fabulous. They will accommodate any request. Ive thrown many different special request at them and they always deliver. I was stunned that Ryan was able to come through on my most recent, the very special Ribeye Cap (spinalis dorsi). If you ever see Ribeye Cap on a restaurant menu, order it! It is a very special cut and very hard to find. This extremely rare cut is considered by many to be the single most delectable and flavorful steak available. The cut that Ryan gave me did not disappoint. So succulent! Im a customer for life!!

They are very knowledgeable about different meats. Very excited to try all the not so main stream items that they get as well. Everything from cheeks to hearts and tongue. Always look forward to my weekly trip to the butcher!
