We went through the drive-thru and were 4th in line from the window. We waited more than 20 minutes for our coffee from the time we placed the order (it was close to 30 per the app on my husbands phone that tracks our location)! I realize they just opened and there may be a few delays, but more than 20 minutes seemed over the top. What bothered us most, though, was that there was zero apology or acknowledgement of our wait. We will visit again, but this first experience at the new location on Columbia was not a positive one at all.

I personaly am stuck on one drink there but the baristas always try to help me try new things! I like that! Also the staff who work there are very friendly and may have made a few new friends along the way. They will always get my buisness as long as I live in BC! Plz if you want a good cup of joe or a smoothy go here! If I could rate 20 stars I would :)

I love the Carmel frozen drink, I get double expresso, this place will cater to your needs, cant have lactose, so they are able to make sure I have an enjoyable experience, my children like this place too cause they can feel like adults, with out the caffeine

Employees friendly but not too familiar, helpful and capable. Atmosphere clean but a little cold. Could be warmed up with a few comfy chairs and coffee tables. Music a little loud and catering to younger set. Food and drink delicious.
