I like this store a lot. They have good products at good prices, and customer service is in line with similar level stores, possible a bit better. Customer Services has always been helpful and courteous when Ive reached out to them for help.

Whats this place trying to be, anyway? They have bedding and chintzy kitchen and home wares and cheap jewelry with expensive shoes and clothes. Have been several times and cant find anything. Much prefer tj maxx.

Just ok! The prices were not great & the selection was small... the clothes for women felt more for the female for 60 years old. The store felt really cramped & not east to get through the aisles.

Awful customer service. They blatantly ignore you, are extremely rude, and treat you like you dont belong in -their- store. Dont waste your time, no matter how good the deal might be.

Poor service they I was in a line of 4 people with around 2 items each and it took around ten minutes the whole time the cashier was acting very aggressively

Bad customer service. NO ONE actually is around to help you. No line system. Chaos, and the prices are high. Cheaper stuff at Macys than here

Would not accept coupons. Order had to be rang up 3 times....last time guy input by hand. Stein Marts in the south are SO MUCH BETTER!!!!
