I went here to get my hair done And it was the worst experience ever. $95 later the lady charged me for a full head of highlights and missed half my hair not to mention how ghetto they were. Talking about being at school with people who smoked crack and getting arrested. I understand that stuff happens but dont advertise it in a professional situation please. Then they were Talking about the other client that walked in behind his back because neither of them wanted to help him detangle his hair and I could hear everything as if I wasnt even there. I also had a friend come with me. The entire salon was empty except the 2 chairs and they didnt even offer to let her sit next to me. NEVER AGAIN. I cant believe I even payed for this. A box color would be better than this. Too bad I even had to give 1 star to rate this place.

It took over 30 minutes to return items. Not right! The associate #0636 kept helping the other associate next to her instead of telling telling her that these customers were her first and i will help you as soon as i am done. Associate #0636 did not apologize for the inconvenience! Makes me not to go there on a Sunday.

This store is the size of most JC PENNYS but doesnt always have the same things inside. If you cant find something, you may have to go to a different store. But overall it is still a great store that is nearby and s staying afloat even though the rest of the Courtland Mall is going way downhill.

JC Penney has always carried classics as well as trendy items so anyone will be able to find something to add to their wardrobe. The childrens section has all the must-have items.
