I love the products and prices are great but the customer service is atrocious. Im young and black. I have 2 toddlers so when I shop v there they must think Im stealing or something. They follow me around the store giving me dirty looks but never offer assistance like they do with the other customers. I bought a ton of stuff one day while chatting with the cashier during the holiday season. She forgot an item so I came back to purchase it and her attitude was to be defensiveveb evendors tho I insisted it was my fault ( tho it wasnt). I asked if they could just relocate the item so I could still purchase it while I waited at the counter. The whole front end had a major attitude about it and insisted I shop elsewhere. I also noticed there are no employees working there that are of color. No spanish, asian, blacks, Indian, wtc.... all whites. They give me the dirtiest looks all the time when Im shopping. But its the closest store to my house with the highest quality items.too bad theyre all jerks in there tho.

My phone is dying and I went into Marshalls in Tewksbury Ma to do a little shopping and asked the girl working fitting rooms if I could plug my phone in and she said she had no outlets in the fitting room area, so went up the check out area where Im sure the there are many. Without the older of the 2 woman even to bother to look she said a blatant no, I explained my dad was very ill and that I needed to be able to take his calls if he called. Id like to her for her compassion during the start of another holiday season I do hope that not all customer service representatives are like this this year, with many choices of places to shop the Tewksbury Marshalls will not be one I chooae. Customer service needs a ton of improvement. Have the decency to greet the customers once they walk in or within 10 ft away was what I was taught back in my sales position at tj maxx in Tyngsboro, instead of staring at them with a blank face. Offer customers assistance, if you see customers having trouble finding something or if their hands are full take the initiative to ask first and then go and grab them a shopping cart. Rated them three stars for lack of CS as mentioned above, but I discover great finds once in awhile and the store is large, usually very clean and organized which I do like. Employees take notes!

The staff there are to young to make final decisions. I needed a price check for a clearance item. They could not find the same item so they tried comparing a better named product that was not a clearance item and didnt look the same at all. They could not find the same item because it was a clearance item and they said they have to go by there gut instinct. Well there instinct is wrong do I wont be back.
