horrible experience when they told me i could not return an item by showing my passport instead of a liscense. I lost my liscense and only had my passport. I live in Nashua NH, they made these transactions possible for me numerous times there. In nashua all i have to do is provide an adress when using the passport for returns and I am set. But the short haired, dark skinned man that they call manager in lowell did not know this policy. I hope you never have to deal with him. Horrible! i picked my items and left. Will continue to go to the one on Daniel Webster in Nashua !

I was just there and tried some clothes, unfortunatly, I left a necklace hanging from one of the racks at the fitting room. I called within less than 1/2 hour and they were very rude. They didnt even wanted me to tell them yhe exact room I was in. They placed me on hold and came back saying its not there. When I tried to tell them the exact room she declined to listen and hanged up!! Great customer service!! I couldnt believe it! That would be my last time there! I probably go in an speak with manager directly.

Usually nobody around the sales floor they are either hiding in the back or chit chatting with their other coworkers. Customer service needs improvement! Again workers were not eager to offer assistance and they usually stay to themselves and I dont feel welcomed. Smaller store, items are usually crammed next to each other and is messier than other locations.

Average Marshalls.. Employees are Not too eager to Help though.. its Kinda a hit or miss with this place.. Sometimes they have great stuff, other times they dont.. Cleaner than it was a couple of yrs ago, and well organized, as far as sizes where theyre supposed to be, dressing room is usually clean..

Well you may need a shower or tetanus shot after going in here. It is always a mesz and just feels dirty. Which is a huge shame I am a TJMaxx and Marshalls shopper and this is so close to my house.
