Ive been coming here for about 6 years. Its a great store with good deals, but it used to be better. Ive noticed that the inventory seems to not be as good as it used to be. Probably because more Nordstrom Rack stores have opened up in the metro area since I began coming to this one. There used to be only 1or 2 rack stores total. Now there are like 4 or 5 in the area. Just about every pair of dress shoes I own came from this rack store. I bought a few suits here too, ties, etc. Still pretty good though!

The clothes are great and its a simple affair to order online and return in-store if something isnt fitting right. The clerks couln;t be more pleasant. (Dont know how they remain so calm dealing with the public.) One of the most simple stores around in regards to returns. No hassle, no questions. The only gripe I have is not with the store but with the location. Shoppers World is a zoo. Navigating that parking lot is a true headache, with no rhyme or reason to it.

I cant possibly describe how amazing this store is! If you love juicy couture (like I do) you will love this store! I got two juicy couture sweaters that were originaly over 200 dollars for less than 60 dollars! I also got a juicy couture headband which was originaly 60 for only 15 and they rarely go on sale! I also got a pair of lucky brand jeans for 35 dollars and they retailed for over 100! If you love deals you should come!!!!!!!

I like this Nordstrom Rack and shop here often. The inventory doesnt always turn over as fast but its pretty good. I like that the employees have a remote device they can use to ring you up, so if the line is long theyll offer to do it for you where youre at and save you the time. I also appreciate that returns process quickly when you have to make them.

While I find they have variety here, I am not all that impressed with the quality of merchandise. 80% of what they have is not just okay quality and no brand names that I like. Then you have the 20% of good name brands that are either a great deal or just too high end for the store. I cant say Im a huge fan.

Love Nordstrom Rack and soooo happy that it is finally in Boston. Constantly changing merchandise means it can be hit or miss, but its always worth a try! (I hardly ever leave empty handed). Great shoe selection, top designers and a good collection of home & accessories too.

They suck. Bought a faulty camera there 3 days ago and I go to try to return it and I have the receipt. But father threw out the box and they wouldnt do anything. No return. No exchange. No store credit. They suck. $50 dollar broken camera thanks.

Hit or miss. You should wait a couple of months before returning. Stock is pretty much the same unless you wait. Staff is always nice, friendly, and helpful.
