overall, a nice bargain shopping. but their customer service needs improvement, and some things to be noted.. they sell "broken" and damaged items that belong in the trash pile. what good is a $25 marc jacobs sunglasses when the frame is broken? makes me question a bit. a few months ago, my 2 year-old fell and hit her head on one of the cabinets while trying out a bike there , which was also broken. and yesterday, the lady at the jewelry section was very rude to us. tossed a pair of sunglasses to me after i asked if she could check whether the screw is loose or the frame broken. then shouted out "hey, hey!" to my 2-year old who was just spinning the earring holder. and nobody seemed to have anything like a pin of a small screw driver when i was trying to figure out a problem with a product they are selling b/c it liked it a lot and wanted to see if it was really damaged or could be saved since it was a great bargain. a very curt no we dont have anything. from a couple different employees. hard to believe when i see employees with tools a lot there. seems like they dont want to get out of their assigned sections , if there is such a thing, to help customers perhaps? fyi, it wasnt a crowded busy day either.

I like shopping there, but they should be concerned about their public relations. Their hiring methods are questionable and it will alienate people from shopping there. Your security is lacking and employees should smile more.

Interesting selection, though the store is split in half for TJ Maxx and Homegoods, while the size of the floor plan is similar to just one of the stores of any other location.
