Since Kirsten left and Tamara left I have had bad hair color and cuts took a simple picture to a MASTER DESIGNER and she was not even close had to return to have color redone, paid over 120 dollars, the MD did not even cut my hair close to what was on the picture. I will never return there. It seems to me they love to gab there in stead of paying attention to detail.....

I was at JC Penny for the first time in many years. Customer service was great as it always was before. The name brands I love were there at very competitive prices... I really started to wonder I ever drifted from this store to shop as it had always been my favorite and the quality of their products deserve an A+ . I will definately shop here again.

Good deals, however they failed to deliver a bedroom set and two sofas. Never showed up on the bedroom set delivery date and when we called, they said it would be another 2-4 weeks. With the sofas, they called and said they didnt have the fabric for one of them, so they canceled the whole order. Said we could go back and re-order. No thank you.

I wanted to pay my jc penny charge card at register. But girl didnt know how to do it.i was in a rush and couldnt wait for her to call for help. Seems like a simple transaction. Oh well. Otherwise good service.
