My boyfriend and I come here every weekend, its the only Starbucks close to us other than the ones inside of a few targets. Every time we come here we get the same guy over the speaker. I understand that it is next to the highway so it must be hard to hear but they are so rude when they as us to speak up. Today though, we got a woman, and we were so grateful that we didnt have to have that guy This time, that is until she stated to speak. She was even MORE rude that the regular guy. My boyfriend ordered his as asked for 1 cream because he doesnt like it too light. (Shouldnt even have to explain anything) but the lady said "we dont open the cream to just put one so I can put the regular amount." Are you kidding me?? On top of that both of our coffees didnt taste good. This will be the last time we come here.

They dont put cream cheese on a bagel in the drive thru. When asked why it wasnt on the bagel when I requested it they said and I quote "we arent dunkin donuts" with aattitude. Really? Im driving thats why I cant put it on. But ok if you want me to go to dunkins

Top notch customer service. Listening to staff train a new team member while they work and i sip my coffee Whomever is responsible for leading this team is doing a great job and they are delivering model service! Refreshing to see.

Very poorly managed location. There is no consistency on how my coffee tastes. And as if that is not enough, they overcharged me twice and didnt fix the error even after 2 phone calls.
