I work at a panera and personally know what is on the item that I ordered. I ordered a BBQ flatbread and there was no cilantro, BBQ sauce at all on it. There was no flavoring at all and tasted plain and gross. Yes I understand that I came in on July 4th, but I still wanted my food to taste the best even though it was a holiday and they just wanna get out of there. Presentation and food taste should be as good as it should be like any other busy or normal paced day. Thanks!

Apparently it is impossible to put Mac and cheese in a bread bowl according to the kitchen staff. I selected it at the kiosk as well as WROTE IN A NOTE: BREADBOWL PLEASE and they delivered it in a bowl... Then I bring it to the counter and the idiot standing there says THE ONLY WAY to get my Mac and cheese in a bread bowl the way I originally ordered, was to pay an additional $3... I liked this panera before today, but now...

Ive been to many panera bread locations.. This was the best experience Ive had! Will def go out of my way in the future to visit here again. The employees are extra nice & courteous and took the time to serve me & several others before the buzzer even went off. Little touches like that make a place great :)

Great place, awesome new management!! Enjoy your favorite quinoa oatmeal with a fruit cup... oh wait but hold the quinoa and fruit because thats out of stock.. how about a nice piece of bread with your meal, oh out of bread thats too bad... good. thing you practicslly doubled the delivery fee.

come here to get to-go only and they are 80% quick in and out, other times just super busy or the one time hence the 4 stars i had a manager that was rude to his employees yelling at them to hurry up

The People that work there are rude and disrespectful and they like giving out the wrong number to there district manager so dont let them fool you the food is good but the service is really bad.
