I had a great experience with the staff today. They tracked a particular shoe in my size at another DSW store, and called ahead to reserve it for me. The two staff that helped me in the Saugus store were great (Christian and Suzanne), and the two staff in the Peabody store had the shoes ready for me upon arrival. Fine footwear, even better service.

Great selection and most DSWs never have size 7.5 shoes because that size is most popular. This location always seems to have my size and the staff is very friendly and always remembers me...maybe that means I am there too frequently, however...

A little smaller than some other DSW locations, but kept great stock on the floor for every mens dress shoe I wanted to try on.
