im not sure if the person that everyone is complaining about still works here. i came here looking for steel toe work boots and was helped by Sheryl (sp?), she was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the right boots. She was also quite friendly and very polite. I have zero complaints about my experience and would recommend this store to others. Dont be turned off by the other reviews. A+

Extremely rude older woman behind counter. Refused to help me figure out how to use my companys boot discout voucher that is sponsored by Red Wing. Said she "never heard of that company", and that was the end of it. Took my business to the guys at the Braintree store and it was night and day. In and out in 15 minutes, hassle free.

I have been a great customer for decades. I experienced poor service in seekonk and here. Im disgusted. They need to hire more help because the one person looks unhappy to work there. If I am trying different boots you know the world is changing.
