A Private User

The owner/operator of the Rowley UPS location is incapable of accomplishing simple tasks in a timely fashion. It is likely that he suffers from a learning disability or mental challenge so some may want to give him business out of empathy but, if you have a schedule to keep, take my advice and use another location for your shipping needs.

The UPS Store in Rowley has been the ideal spot for fulfilling all of my shipping needs. The employees are always polite and courteous, and I have yet to have problems when shipping a package. If you are looking for on-time delivery guarenteed, go to The UPS Store in Rowley.

I had a package to be shipped out and needed about 1 foot of packing tape to seal the box shut. The girl behind the desk wanted to charge me a $1.00. I walked out and brought it to another UPS store who supplied me with the tape needed to seal the box free of charge.

The ups store in Rowley Ma is nothing but excellent. Between the knowledgeable staff management and ownership and the care they use in packing and shipping my packages i couldnt be happier with them. all in all a great place to ship your packages =]
