We called to see if we had mail and we were told that they were "too busy" to help us, to call back "later" although we thought they said "in two hours." The attendant (and supposedly the owner, Tanya) was in the back and came to the counter aggressively as we were speaking to the male attendant about it. She took over the conversation, basically verbally attacked (yelling, and with threatening body language) us for simply letting them know that they should listen to their customers concerns. She said she didnt have to listen to us and said "get out of my store," even though we are current customers. The other owner told her several times to stop yelling, but she wouldnt. She said she would call the police. We gladly asked her to do so because we wanted to let the police know what had happened too and how harassed we felt by her language and demeanor. Then, the truth surfaced. Astonishingly, she told the police officers that we were anti-men, which was not only irrelevant, but completely untrue and fabricated statement. She learned that we were a gay couple. When she threw out an age-old stereotype about the lesbian community, it was more than obvious what her intentions were. We told the officer that half of our employees are men and that that wasnt the case. What it WAS however, is that this person and this business always made us feel as if they were anti-gay. And, they proved it today. We dealt with all of the male employees at the store before and never once had a problem with them. It seems as if Tanya and management do not appreciate gay customers. As a gay business owner, this is highly troublesome in a town where pro-gay sentiment and actions are regarded as extremely important, showing even from the Mayors Office. It is extremely offensive that this is how they treat their customers, especially their gay customers.

BEWARE OF LEAVING YOUR FEDEX PACKAGES HERE. I dropped off two express packages 10 minutes before the supposed pickup time of 6pm and someone who seemed to be an employee took the packages as the main desk was crowded with customers and he said "all set" - but that night the packages were never picked up by FedEx. The next day when I looked up both tracking numbers to see what happened (I never got the email delivery confirmation), both packages showed as never having been picked up. I called the store, the person who answered put me on hold for about 30 seconds, and said "No packages here, FedEx must have picked them up yesterday" When someone from our office actually WENT to the store in person, the packages were still at the store. The man behind the counter said that they must have been dropped off after 6pm which was absolutely wrong. So, first they lie to me on the phone by saying there were no packages still in the store, then they fluff it off by saying they must not have been dropped off on time. The store inside is shabby and unkempt, and now I know that the service and RELIABILITY are of the same condition. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER give them my business again.

No issues here. Professional and courteous service. The store is very nicely organized and conveniently located. Can just about get any package to the destinations I need to without hassle. Whats not to like? I cant comment on the experiences of other posters, but it is fair to say the store can pretty busy at times, which would make it difficult for any attendant working at those times to be as responsive to phone calls. Your best bet is to come and check your box and/or confirm package receipt via confirmation labels. Thats what I do. There are a few new staff members working there now and expect to receive the same quality of service, except faster. Been a customer for 4 years.

I had a frightening experience in this store. The male employee who was behind the counter was abusive and threatening when I complained about being unable to open a document on the one computer in the establishment. I also watched him abuse a handicapped man and berate him for not having his own computer at home. I have been using the site for years and prior to now it was a professionally run UPS affiliate. I dont know what happened, but this is not a professional operation. Read the reviews before this where the owner called the police on two women customers. This store belongs in a banana republic. Terrible.

Because I live in a secure building, I was having trouble receiving packages from UPS and FedEx. I finally broke down and rented a box at All Pro Shipping Center. It was an excellent experience. It was reasonably priced, the employees were always friendly, and I looked forward to picking up my shipments (especially when the puppy was there).

Im surprised by all the negative reviews, Ive had nothing but good experiences. They are always super helpful, will stay open a few minutes late if I call head and am running behind, give me phone quotes over the phone, etc. Never had a problem.
