I used to work at such a place, you bring in the broken hardware, it takes 3 weeks to get the parts and get it back. You pay an arm and a leg. My experience here was different. Within days they called me to tell me that the fuser was still under warranty so the repair would be free, they had the part ordered, shipped and replaced within a week. They were friendly, courteous and laid back. A good experience.
