Whenever I send someone flowers I have to be absolutely ensured that the product is going to be beautiful and I need to trust the service. Florals From The Heart completely exceeded my expectations. I was buying flowers for a very special person going through cancer treatment. I knew my order was special to the very nice lady who worked with me on the phone to ensure my flower arrangement was exactly as I wanted it. When she told me "Ill take great care of this for you" I knew she meant it and I actually acknowledged that to myself at the time. It was the most pleasant and positive order Ive ever placed and I buy a lot of flowers. Today, I received a text message from a number not stored in my phone. Not only did Florals From The Heart deliver the most beautiful arrangement of flowers, she took the time to take a picture of the recipient (a family member) with them, along with some very kind words about her. This level of service with a business that really cares about their customers and a product thats absolutely stunning to look at has made me a raving fan of Florals From The Heart.
