Here is my recent complaint: I wanted to write to you about a recent experience I had with Verville Florist. In the past I have ordered flowers to be delivered from your shop and the woman on the phone was extremely helpful and accommodating. I recently tried to order an arrangement online with my credit card. The amount was for $61.88. I noticed there was a "Coupon/Promo Code" box and decided to "Google" "Verville Florist" to see if there were any current coupon promotions or codes. I came across a code "Sunset" and entered it into the box, hit "re-calculate" and nothing happened. So, I gave up on the notion of getting my $10 discount and entered my credit card, billing and delivery information. About 30 minutes later I received a phone call from a woman, Susan (who apparently was the owner, which makes this even worse). First off, I am a business owner and I know that my first impression with a customer is a lasting one. I was very disappointed when Susan (who told me she was the owner) was extremely short with me over the phone. She immediately told me they could not complete my order and were refunding my card. She also made an insulting remark that I only paid $50 instead of $60. She was very rude and used context such as, “A: We don’t have that in stock, B: You only paid us $50 and the order was WAY more.” I loved how she made a point to emphasize “A & B”. Thank you for "outlining" it for me. Clearly she thought I was an uneducated swine who needed to be taught how to make a transaction. Really Verville? Really? First of all, Obviously the online system took off the coupon (and didnt notify me during any part of the transaction) and that is why it is now $50 instead of $60, because I am pretty sure I cant just CHOOSE how much I want to pay, if that was the case Id have Louboutin pumps ordered online for $5 instead of $800. Not at any point of our conversation did she ask or offer something in place of my “out of stock” order. Instead she hastily rushed me off the phone. I would have paid for something else in place of it. There was no friendly ‘Hello, how are you today, I apologize, we dont have your order in stock, can I get you something else’ and so on…. Just wondering if I before I hung up I should have emphasized/outlined how the customer service should have occured: A: A simple, "Im sorry your item is out of stock and we cannot complete your order is there something else we can help you with?" and B: There seems to an issue with the amount you entered, would you like to purchase another item of the same value or would you like a refund? Small businesses should take pride in serving their local customers, because after all, that is all you have; which is why I wanted to place an order here in the first place. Unfortunately I will never order from you again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend your shop to anyone, not even my uneducated swine friends. Disappointed, Angela V

NOT DEPENDABLE! I met with Susan a year before my wedding and got a range of quotes for what I wanted for centerpieces and bouquets. The prices were way more reasonable to any other florist I vistied so I decided to go with them. She told me to come back 2 months before the wedding so the type of flowers can be picked and exact prices could be determined. I called 3 months before the wedding and no one ever answers the phone so I left a message, and of course no one called me back! When I finally got a hold of someone and booked an appointment with Susan, I went to the appointment and they werent even open! The lights were off and door was locked! I called and left a message and again no one called me back! I dont know how these people stay in business! I found a new florist because I cant depend on them! I was worried that the day of the wedding there would be no flowers because of their inconsistency! If they ever happen to answer the phone or are open, dont go there for flowers, you most likely will not get them or wont get them on time! And definitely DO NOT go there for wedding flowers, theyll probably end up ruining your big day! Not to mention my boss husband ordered flowers from here to be delivered on her b-day and they didnt deliver in the time frame they were supposed to, my boss was gone by time they got to the office! And they wrote the wrong name on the card!

Absolute Rubbish DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!! I have used these before, ordering from UK for delivery to Brockton. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day which they charged me for twice, it took several phone calls but I did eventually get my money refunded. Then, being a trusting soul, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered flowers for my Moms birthday which have not yet arrived. I always thought the point of sending some one flowers for their birthday, and it clearly said that on the order, was that they arrived on the correct day. No doubt this is also going to result in numerous phone calls, all at my expense as they are totally incapable of making an international call. Ill be there next month and will visit to express my annoyance in person....do they know how vitriolic us Brits can be when roused ??
