Boyfriend was sweet when he spent $60 on a bouquet to be delivered to my new job. I took a picture of them sitting on my desk and sent it to him. When he saw the pic, he nearly hit the roof. This arrangement called for all pink roses and Gerber daisies. The flowers in the vase were nothing but green filler with 4 red roses and the rest were unopened stargazer lilies. He called the florist who apologized and assured him he would send a suitable replacement to my work the following day. Less than an hour ago a gentleman walked into my office with something very similar to the first one only it was half the size and a few white ugly flowers added. When I told him my boyfriend wouldnt be happy, he told me to call the office. I wasnt the one who called the office, my boyfriend was and less than 5 minutes later the same delivery driver walked into the office, up to my desk and took my flowers. Nothing said, just took them. Will have to watch to make sure his money gets refunded. Will NEVER shop here again or recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a bouqet for my mother in law 10 days before mothers day. When I went to pick it up, the florist said he sold the bouquet he made for me to someone else, and that he never was able to get the pink gerber flowers we wanted anyways because they were hard to come by. Note that he never called me to say any of this. So, I attempted to have another bouquet made with red gerbera, when he informed that the price would be much higher than the originially agreed upon price range because he did not have any of the smaller roses left, and he needed to use the big roses. (He also did not tell me he would be using crappy roses when I originially ordered the bouquet.) At that point I walked out and went down the street to Green Akers, where they had the pink gerbers and made the bouquet I wanted on the spot.

I order flowers for my friends birthday. I called the day before. The women that answered was so helpful and suggestive. I saw the arrangement 2 days later. Freshest, most beautiful flowers I have sent by ordering over the phone! Love athis shop!
