While the supermarket was clean, the staff wasnt very pleasant. Upon entering, i walked by 4 different employees, all of whom made eye contact with me and none of whom asked if they could help me find anything. Being a new store, I assumed the staff stocking the shelves would be asking most customers this since they have moved the groceries around from the store that was there previously. I worked at the previous store (Sudbury Farms) that was at that location, and it was very obvious that this new store reused all of the signs that were left over, even the "Bottle Redemption" one, yet they dont have a bottle redemption, but they keep carriages there. Once I found what I was looking for (bread and milk) i made my way to the check out, where I was greeted by a nice woman, whom I dont know her name because she wasnt wearing a name tag. She asked me how my day was and I said good and rang up my two items. It was all great until her bagger came over (also not wearing a name tag) and they started up a conversation right in front of me about they paychecks. I stood there for over a minute waiting to hand the cashier my cash because she assumed i was using a card and was too busy in her conversation to notice my holding money. Having almost 5 years experience in a grocery store myself, the number one rule was always hold all conversations until the customers are gone. That meant that even if you were mid-sentence, you cease talking and talk with your customer. Obviously they were not trained that way. As I was leaving, I noticed a managerial type person on a cell phone, in the front end! another no - no. You use the store phone or go into the break room to make all calls- personal or not. He was also talking in a different language, which I find rude especially in front of customers. No one besides the cashier told me to "have a nice day" not even the bagger, or this manager person. Most of the shelves were not stocked, i.e. only half of the bread shelf was full. The prices are a bit outrageous ($3.39 / gallon for their "store" brand of milk) and there was an awful fish smell coming from the meat counter, like they had spent the previous day cutting up fish and not bothered to pack it on ice and it went bad. Overall, not too impressed with my first impression of this store

I recently went to Brothers supermarket in Randolph to shop for groceries. The outside of the store was clean and tidy and there was no trash on the sidewalk. Once inside the store, I was greeted immediately by an employee with a smile and a wave. The bakery section smelled delicious and was very organized. Throughout the store, there were creative displays of merchandise displaying sale items. When it was time to checkout, there were a few long lines starting to form, however, one of the checkers called for checkout assistance and immediately, a manager appeared to make the checkout process go faster. The cashier who assisted me was very pleasant, asked if I found everything I needed and rang me up quickly and professionally. From the moment I stepped into the store until the time I left, all of the above made my visit a pleasant one. Now, To the negative comment before me. Considering the fact that they have only been opened for a little over a week I will disagree with everything youve said. Prices are great! Customer service phenomenal! And the employee diversity in the store is exemplary! Thank you brothers supermarket for bringing your business to Randolph MA, and successfully employed over 100 people!! I will continue to support and get my groceries from you guys!

Best supermarket in Randolph! They are always busy because they sell very fresh products (meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables...). Delivery trucks comes in every single morning to restock the supplies. It is also a friendly place, the cashiers mostly operated by the family people treating their customers like friends. Good experience over all! Thank you :)
