If you can stay out of this place, please do!! I have never in my life seen employees so bitter and dysfunctional as at this Walmart. I ordered 3 Pyle Megaphones online and I went to pick them up at this location (after forever), but the people at the store did not know what I was talking about for about 15-20 minutes. I had the whole order printed out with me, but yet with all of this information, they could not locate my order. Finally, someone told me to go to this other section and try and find someone to deliver my order to me. I waited there for another 20 minutes (they have cameras there and supposedly they come out when they see you waiting), and finally I walked in the back of the store where they keep all of the merchandise to be picked up, and I found more than 5-6 employees sitting around. I asked them about my order and they told me to get out of there and wait out in the front till someone comes to help me out. I went back out and asked several passing employees to help me, but they all walked away from my telling me that they are not from that department. Long story short, it took more than an hour to pick up my megaphones and get out of there (and only when I went back out in the front and located a manager to come and help me - and let me tell you, she was not nice to me either). This is one of the worst purchasing experience I have ever had anywhere.

This Walmart has one of the worst Buy-Online-PickUp-in-Store EVER! Place an order for an item early morning online and it notify me that it will be ready by noon. Later afternoon check the status and it said its still processing so i made a call to the store and a lady said itll be ready by 3:15 (as someone is currently picking out the order). Alright, so I even waited til 6pm and the order still hasnt been process. Try calling again and chose the Pick-up department through the phone prompt, as soon as someone pick up the call they transfer me to someone else (i was transfers 3 times!) and finally it keeps ringing as noone else was gonna answer, my patience wanes and I hung up. Truly a remarkable store. Youre better off with Kohls, Bestbuy, Staples, etc. than this store. It would also be quicker to go grab it yourself.

My older sister was in line yesterday evening putting some stuff for her kids for Xmas because her husband is a retired air man , and there was a lady infrount of her who wanted to pay for peoples lay always for Xmas and this Walmart had shut her down and told her she could not pay for people to have a Christmas pretty much it is one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard and this lady explained to the person behind the counter that she has done it before and they told her no again and she ended up leaving ...do people there not realize how bad people are struggling and how her doing that could have helped so many familys give their children Christmas ect ...I just thought it was wrong and bless that lady soul she is a real blessing for doing that.

I ordered an item online which is their so called "Pick it UP TODAY" order. I placed the order on Wednesday morning and it said it will be Ready by 5:14 p.m. Long story short, today is Saturday and I was told they couldnt even find it in the system yet. So Im told to wait one more day hopping that it will show up in their system and I can pick it up or they will refund my money. "Pick it UP TODAY" is the game you dont want to play. You wont be able to pick it up TODAY, tomorrow, the next day after that, and the next day after that and the next day after that and the next day after that and the next day after that and the next day after that and the next day after that and the next day after that.............

ive gone there only twice, but both times ive experience long wait time- more than 1 hr, and a larger woman with brown hair with an accent, maybe eastern european, was impatient with people and rood. i kindly asked her if my prescription was ready--she pointed at the clock and said "does it look like its ready?" ive never had such bad customer service. there was no reason to be rood. all she had to say was "no, not yet," but instead she glared at me. very poor customer service, they take way too long to fill prescriptions. its not worth it. go to a different walmart, or the walgreens across the way. theyre always nice, answer any questions about medication, and the wait time is always 30 min max.

The atmosphere is beyond bleak. While most of the customer service reps are perfectly nice, you cant help but feel their despair. I always walk out of Walmart feeling like I need a shower. Not so much because of the physical filth, but I want to wash myself of the very experience. The only reason I find myself there is because there are so few options and I am on a very tight budget. Unfortunately, Walmart is often my only option as I do not drive and it is the only place I can afford to buy necessities within my area. I do try to shop online more in hopes of finding an alternative that I can afford. I spend a lot of time trying to find ways not to shop at Walmart.

It had been days since ordering my items and I had yet to receive a Pick Up Notification so, I decided to go to Walmart on a whim and see if there had been a mistake. When I arrived, there was no Name associated with the order number, but it just says it was ordered. Yet the original confirmation had my name and address, how incompetent? After waiting 45 min, the poor guy and his manager returned with a box that they believed was not mine since there was no name associated. They let me leave with pkg, because at that point this was ridiculous. An hour later, I received email confirmation telling me my package was ready for pickup, SERIOUSLY WALMART!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

Because I called the day before to see if they had CK1 for my dad on fathers day they answered the phone and said they could not help me because they were at lunch but that they did carry it I went out of my way in a 40 min uber ride to get it when I got there they do not carry it so then I picked something else behind the glass counter had to wait 20 man for a supervisor to come and she had no key she then came back 10 min later I asked for a discount and she said no that she was sorry I explained that the only reason I came down was for the Cologne which they did not have never again atleast say your sorry or something but nothing never come here again

This whole place smells like bad pepperoni and unwashed hair. You have floor staff yelling and hooting at each other while setting up products/merchandise around you like youre the one thats in the way. 3yo/4yo kids running around with store-toys or riding store-bicycles screaming while their ignorant parents are hollering out their name from 50 yards away. Nobody that works here has a clue (or speaks english) and whatever you do dont get any keys copied in their hardware dept...tried 3 different occasions and none of them worked. Ive converted to the significantly more civilized and professional TARGET in Braintree instead.
