I stop in on occasions I pass by on the Lynnway. As other reviews stated this store is a dump! Ive been here when it opens, noon and before closing always the same mess. I would never go expecting to find something I really needed-it could be out of stock; not stocked or broken and on the floor. Its kind of a substitute for the now defunct Building 19 which was next door. Building 19 advertised as a "dump with good stuff cheap" was cleaner, more organized and the goods selection was the same. This store must be rated as lower income than others. An item you may see in another store or on the website may not be sold here. The top products here are lower priced models. Ive ordered better stuff from the web and picked up my products here. Dont try to use their customer service for problems or returns though. Call Walmart and ship it back. Enjoy browsing, careful dont trip over broken stuff and find a few things you may need. By accident!

The business card for the WalMart pharmacy says that the pharmacy is open 9am-9pm Monday through Saturday. To make sure, I called the number as well, and the opening hours were listed as 9am to 9pm on the answering machine. Yet, when I got to the store in Lynn, MA at 1:40pm in the afternoon on a Friday, the pharmacy was closed. There on the window there were the same business cards listing pharmacy hours as 9am-9pm, yet the window was closed shut. A small sign said that the pharmacy will close for lunch 1:30pm-2pm if there is only one person working. There was no schedule showing how many people work in the pharmacy on any given day. People waiting for the pharmacy to open said that this WalMart has been closing the pharmacy in the middle of the day for years - but it never bothered to update its pharmacy business cards or correct the message on the answering machine.

i bought a brand new video game for my brothers birthday yesterday.. within minutes, he opened it and found there was no disc inside... i went right back w/my receipt and spoke with a manager "Colleen".. who told me, there is nothing they can do, to leave the empty package with them / and when they reveiw their security tapes, shed call me.. does that even make sense?? ........ in the long run, i figured i was completely screwed, i went to speak with a different store manager "Rodney", who immediately fixed the situation within seconds, got me my credit back, and even offered to personally go to a different Walmart for me, and pick up a different copy of the game (since this location was now sold out).... THANK YOU RODNEY... i have mixed thoughts, it sucks that there was no game, & I was told to screw, but at least someone ended up helping me and i wasnt out $60

Ignorant people all around. Bathrooms are filthy from pigs! Customer service is a joke. No one speaks English!!!The only good experience I had was getting my cell phone there and the family plan from t-mobile. The guy who was Spanish and knew how to speak English did everything for me. Activated it changed everything over onto new phone. Now I just called the store to ask them a question put on hold for 5 mins...then she picked up and said Thank you for calling Walmart. Put me on hold again....I hung up. They are clueless! I asked to get a perfume out of the case once. They paged someone 4 times to come over. Finally I saw an employee in an aisle and asked her...she had to find the key but came right back. They are just very unorganized and I always see them chit chatting with each other and not working...always.

Customer service is a disaster and they are very racist and impolite. I bought an AC and they told me the return policy is 90 days as its advertised VERY BIG on the board. Then I took it back and said its 30 days. What a dishonest people these are? Then after waiting for 30 minutes, the manager who was s blue eyed woman who had a very bad and angry attitude came and said I need to get out out the store because I told her that Walmart is dishonest with its customers. Never buy there anything unless you are blond and have green or blue eyes. The rest of the nationalities and ethnicity are treated as second and third degree people. I cant believe in 2013 Walmart to employ people who dont respect their customers.

We deliver frozen, dairy, deli,produce and meat here and EVERY time the 2 docks are full and have to move a trailer just to back ours in,management is unorganized, rude and they take forever to answer phones and come to the receiving door. They dont care that drivers dont work on an hourly wage like them and waste time on everything, we always spend 45 minutes or more here while they chit chat,waste time and whatnot. Horrible experience and I wouldnt dream of setting foot in there to shop if this is how they do things and from what other people say who reviewed this store in a slum ridden area it is identical inside, obviously walmart corporate never reads the reveiws or they just dont care...

Never have I seen such disregards for customers, I went on today since I was close by to try and get some ink for my printer...at the Electronics department there where 2 employees on the phone making a call to a phone carrier for their personal phones on company time...when I asked for some help in was told to wait, when I said thank you and started looking for a Supervisor or manager one of them came over all upset, because I needed help...maybe I should go work there so I can make phone calls on company time and on the company phone to get my personal matters fixed...unreal!!!! I regret now not going over to the Saugus store, that wont happen every again!!!

I have been trying to contact a Walmart (and by "a" Walmart, I mean ANY Walmart), all morning. It is now almost noon and I still havent received the answer to my simplest question regarding the return policy. When I finally did get someone on the phone I was told I could not be transferred to the customer service department because all the lines up there were busy and there was "nothing" the associate "could do about it"!!! Im sorry but with all the money Walmart makes they can definitely afford to hire as many people and buy as many phones as needed until they can provide the utmost PROFESSIONAL customer service possible!!!!! Honestly RIDICULOUS.

I had the same experience(I am a female using my b/fs name)and I am blonde and have blue eyes and trust me, its not a racist thing, shes just an angry disrespectful person in general she was rude to me and my b/f and some of my other family members. And they are always behind, and slack on everything, NO one is where they should be.. I cant tell you how many times Ive gone in there and had NO help and walked around looking for a worker and found one that "didnt work in the department" and couldnt help... Theyve got plenty of workers that follow people who think theyre stealing but, when it comes to a certain area forget it! FIX it Lynn-Wal-Mart
