My pug Wyatt and I have just finished our intermediate training with Lisa. His puppy class went great but, I made the mistake of waiting a few months to start intermediate...and he was now dog aggressive! The change from the first class to last night was amazing!!! We have both come really far and were excited to continue our journey with Lisa as we go into our advanced training. She knows I want Wyatt to be able to visit nursing homes and eventually hospitals for children and shes excited for us to do that. I watched several people come and go with these classes because they dont understand its A)not a play group and B)YOU have to do the work to get the results. I feel that Lisa does a great job explaining that upfront and tries her best to help you accomplish your goals with your dog. FYI, this picture Im including, I NEVER thought my dog would be able to do this!!! He tried to kill all of these dogs (notice hes a pug and about 1/4 of the size of his pal Louis...but, he DID IT!!! WE DID IT! I almost cried b/c I was so proud of all our hard work. Thank you for helping us Lisa!!!

I have brought my old dog of 15 years there for the past 4+ years. They were WONDERFUL & CARING.... my old dog could not stand on the table, so Christian sat on the floor to do her nails and brushing. He even had one of the other groomers help him with Mz Maggie Mae. She has passed and now I bring our new Rescue Dog to them and they treat Myles, the same way. I have recommended them to several people. I find them very Professional & Helpful. Phil & Donna Berry, Plympton Ma.

I was not satisfied. My dogs hair was uneven. Clumps of hair stuck out her and there. Looked like they rushed the job. Saw some teenager rushing out. The groomers here obviously dont care about their work and are just working for $8 bucks an hour. Very sad. (*A friend recommended Paula, a groomer in Plymouth- Grooming at Scarlet Farm, she actually cares about the animals and does excellent work at affordable prices. I highly recommend her.)

I went here yesterday and bought a snail. I asked the associate what it ate, water temperature requirements, and if my beta would attack it. She didnt know anything. She seemed really uninterested with me like I was wasting her time. I got home and realized she had sold me a dead snail. Never going here again. There not trained at all. Just go to perch. Even Walmart would be a step up.

Bringing my cat here to be groomed was a terrible idea. They are unprofessional and rude. They were rough with my cat and did not seem to care about any of the animals in the place. They just wanted to get "the job" done so they could go on break. I recommend bringing your animals any place but here. ANYPLACE!

The folks at PetSmart are great with my dog. She always feels like a process when she goes there! And Lisa, the trainer, is such a wonderful human being. I dont take my dog anywhere else.
