Had disagreement with owner after I asked re: fleas that did NOT originate from my home 1 year ago. My dog was "inspected" the day of my inquiry and asked to be removed from group as "no other owners had reported fleas." I have 2 cats at home that had NO fleas at the time. We removed our dog and no fleas re-appeared. More than a year later I just called to schedule overnight stays (wanting to renew contact now that my dog is flea free) for upcoming vacations to be met with owner admonishing me for previous e-mails questioning my upset that fleas did not originate from my home as evidence from no cat fleas.

Truly horrible customer service. The owner argued with me at length about a point and refused to even consider that one of her employees made a mistake (Note to owner: "Sorry, there must have been a misunderstanding" helps reach agreement with neither party admitting fault). Its Customer Service 101. That and the fact that they fed my poor little dog one days worth of food when they held her for two nights (and refused to believe me when I told them repeatedly that she didnt have enough food for two nights) will pretty much guarantee that I will never let my dog near the place again.

Creature Comforts has been a loving reliable resource for my golden retriever for the last 14 + years. I will credit them (and her vet) for Lolas longevity! Every single employee has a high standard of care and a genuine love of animals. They get to understand every tic and idiosyncrasy and it is documented on the daily report cards.
