we were attending the cape cod kennel club show on 9-18-2016, and stopped at the falmouth petco to use their bathing station. we were met by a female groomer who told us petco would not allow use of the bathing station unless we presented a current rabbis certificate. when i told her, that that was not told to me when i had called, she became rude and nasty. we presented the info via the smartphone, she would not accept it as documentation. we appealed to the store manager ( bryne). she listened to the details, viewed the smartphone and corrected the first employees determination. she assured us we could use the facility. she relayed the info to co-workers who did assist us when we returned with our puppy. manager bryne was wonderful . thanks to her, her team and petco, we groomed our puppy and made it to the confirmation. good job petco.

My wife had to walk around the store for 20+ minutes before she found anyone to help her. When she asked the cashier for help (there was one) she was told to "go find someone else." When she finally found another employee, all the woman did was walk towards the area, point, and then walked away with not so much as a single word. The item shed asked for wasnt even in the section pointed to, but she eventually found it on her own. We wont be coming back to this location. No attentiveness, nor communication from the "staff" was enough to disgust us. If it wasnt an emergency, shed have gone to any of the other pet stores in the area, which I recommend you do.

I would never have my dog groomed at Petco again. I waited at front for 20 min. and was told the employees slept in. I told them what I wanted done and they called me twice not knowing what I wanted. When I came to pick our dog up they had just started after leaving him waiting for over 3 hours.

With the closing of Cape May Farms last summer, Petco is now my go to store as an aquarium hobbyist. They have the best selection of fresh water, brackish water, salt water fish; snails and shrimp as well as, indoor aquarium plants on the Cape.

Willow groomed my mini-goldendoodle for the first time today. What a wonderful groomer!!!! Miss Freddie has been getting compliments all afternoon. Id post a photo of her if I could figure out how to do it!!!! Thanks Willow!!!

It is a corporation, but they seem to hire some employees who know the products,and the needs for your pets.I cant speak for the bird,ferret, fish,reptile world,but as for dog and cat supplies. You wont be disappointed.
