The store manager with long red hair is extremely rude. When I told her that the Marlborough, MA store had Birjenstocks for less she told me I was all set then and could go there. She should be fired, every time I go in the Northborough store she is extremely rude. No longer will I visit EMS as a customer, there are plenty of other sporting goods stores that are interested in customer retention!

The Northborough EMS store was closing down. In the final sale, We bought a pair of shoes with 30% off mark down. But at that time, the EMS online price was actually another 30% lower than the final sale price at the closing store. Other retailers price is even lower. The EMS is totally cheating on the price at the closing store, totally untrustworthy.
