EMSs website provides inaccurate inventory measurements. It says certain stores have items in stock, then you drive there and that item isnt there. In 2014 when competing against Amazon and everyone else with up to date technology, this will make me cross EMS off of my list of places to shop.

Had shifters and cables replaced on my mountain bike. Well done at a reasonable price. Also went in for help on a childs bike and had problem resolved in less than 5 minutes for no charge. Will definitely go back.
