Initially when walking in the place I was impressed with the selection. Although after waiting for over 35mins to get some information on a used set my mind set started to change. Now mind you the club fitter was busy but several others were there to help but were not making the effort. After finally getting the attention of one gentleman on staff I was able to ask my question. It was a used set that carried the most ridiculous price tag Ive heard of on a set. Then after expressing my thoughts on the price he immediately just walked off. Not a word said. I give these guys 2 stars because of the selection and thats being generous. As far as customer service and being personable- help is needed.

Wow Im disappointed in myself for not stopping here sooner. The amount and variety of merchandise is amazing and the prices are great. The staff was courteous and helpful. Answered any questions I may have had. Also seeing them spend the time helping other customers and actually care is quite refreshing. After Golfsmith closed in Northboro I have been looking for a place that will take the time and be helpful. Im ashamed I didnt go here earlier because the prices are amazing! Thank you Golfers Warehouse you have a new customer for life.

Fantastic selection, excellent sales, and extremely friendly and helpful staff, no matter your skill level. I was just looking for a good, cheap driver. Once the guy asked me a few questions about specs of the driver I was looking for, and realized I had no idea what he meant, he showed me a great used Callaway X460 and let me try it out on their indoor range. Ill definitely be going back as I need more equipment.
