Advantage Irrigation

The salesman out back was quality. Got my 11yo gear for a decent price. The cashier rung up the prices wrong, to the tune of 600+.thankfully it was so over the top I caught it. I have since posted in Facebook and heard many people have had the same experience. Not good. I tried to return goggles the next day, found my old pair, manager told me I could only get store credit. I asked if anything was refundable. He said the skis. I said put the goggle credit towards the skis and refund me the ski money then. He was baffled by the idea, got flustered and argumentative, even called over an elderly manager to give me a hard time. Im a business owner, I know exceptions can be made and customer happiness is number one. They should never argue with a customer, their fragile egos get in the way. If the guy out back ran us through the whole process, barring ringing us up wrong, this place would get a 4.

Moved to the area about a year or so ago and have been to this shop a lot. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They do their best to accommodate all customers, especially when busy. All of the gear and services purchased here have been awesome. The past snowboarding season was definitely improved by coming into this shop with questions and gear needs. No more aches and pains while snowboarding for me (minus getting tired). I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere, nevermind a ski shop. Spent 600+ on boots, a helmet, and putting bindings on my skis to hear the customer service reps talking crap about me when I returned. So if you like being talked about behind your back and then talked down to by the staff this is the place for you! I would have returned everything if I didnt need it for the next day...

Very rude staff, would have walked out if it wasnt for snowboard tech in the back. Hidden costs after confirming final cost at drop off. Staff at cash register were very inattentive to customers waiting and very condescending. I am not one to write reviews and I felt compelled to write this review. Good luck running a seasonal business while treating your customers the way you do.
