Pedal Power in Essex is a welcoming, well staffed store. Upon entering, the staff said hello and offered to help if needed without pressure. After browsing, our questions were answered by Kendra, Pete, Todd and Todd. We were buying a new bike for my 12 year old son and they were so kind and talked with him about what kind of bike he wanted/needed, then took the time to let him try a few different styles. I would highly recommend Pedal Power in Essex, the store is small but well stocked, and the staff is informative and friendly to people of all ages.

Since I purchased my Trek road bike 3 years ago, the good folks from Pedal Power have been more than accommodating.I am currently looking to expand my cycling obsession to include a full suspension Mountain Bike. The talented friendly folks in the Essex shop have gone out of their way to understand my needs finding a bike that fits my needs and within my budget. They have lent me bikes and taken me riding. Just the kind of outrageous service you just dont get anymore.
