Bought my bike online. On the first year of riding, my right hand shifter/brake broke. Brought to them for repair. They said my shimano 105 shifter/brake is gone. They say will call me back what they can do. The owner call me back and said they called shimano and said that my shifter/brake is under warranty and shimano will send the parts for free but I have to pay for shipping for the return of broken shifter/brake. I also paid for install fee. I was impressed how transparent and honest they are for a first time customer. Been back to them couple times for tune up and repairs and customer service has been great. Well, I think I will be a happy Berlin Bicycle customer forever.

I had an excellent experience at Pedal Power Berlin. I purchased a trainer. After using it a couple of times I was not satisfied with the resistance range. When I called the shop to see if I could exchange it for another model they told me no problem, and bring my bike this time so I could test all the models in the showroom. They spent time setting up all the different models of trainers for me to test. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy one over another and in the end I was able to get what I was originally looking for. Thanks Guys! I Love the new location too.

Ive purchased two bikes from this shop in the last four years, and received received great deals on both. The guys at Berlin Bike recently upgraded my Specialized Roubaix to Ultegra parts; I couldnt be more satisfied with the caliber of the work. Berlin Bike isnt as big as some of the other shops, or as flashy, but its every bit as good. Chris, Ostep and Bruce are very responsive to their customers needs.

I really like this bike shop. Theyre honest, upfront, and reasonably priced, both labor and parts. I bike casually and theyre just as interested in my needs and wants as someone who races every weekend. Friendly, approachable, and knowledgable staff. Theyll take you in back and explain whats wrong with your bike and what itll cost to fix it. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I moved into the area last year and started going here. Ive been in maybe 5 times and each time I had a great experience. Most recently, they sold me some slick carbon fiber wheels for below market price and replaced my 2 derailleur cables. Now she shifts like a dream and rolls a little easier. Thanks guys, great job!

Went to this place 8 years ago with a bike beat-up from 3,000 miles of commuting looking for an overhaul and have been coming back ever since. The guys running this place are absolutely solid. They take care of my bike with the understanding that I love it irrationally. Wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Great place to get a bike or a tuneup. Talked us out of buying a more expensive bike for our 10 year old daughter. Also talked us out of buying a new bike for an adult and into tuning up an old one. Great service and very knowledgable. Would definitely recommend to family and/or friends.

I brought in a almost new wheelset that was minorly out of true. They could not true the front or rear, and still wanted me to pay. The front was hardly off, I dont even think they touched it. I wont be bringing my business back here.
