I called Proline to order a single Thule rack for my 2014 Toyota Tacoma because I have a TracRack on the bed (I haul my canoes around). The person I talked to suggested a Yakima Rack instead because it fit my needs better AND saved me $100. He made sure that I had the right fit for my specific application. It was waiting for me to when I got back from a canoe trip and I installed it easily (after reading the instructions and measurements needed). It is perfect as the third point of contact for my canoes. Note: I called this company because they were the only one that sold half "fit kits" for Thule - saving money from buying unneeded parts. When I called a competitor they told me I had no choice...they were wrong...Proline had what I needed. Very pleased and have bookmarked their page.

I placed an order on 6/25 that I needed to get by 7/3. I received a shipment notice on 6/26 saying it would arrive on 6/29. Perfect. Then when I didnt receive on 6/29 I checked the tracker and found out it had not been shipped after all. It wasnt shipped until 7/2 - too late for me to receive on time. When I contacted customer service they refused to do anything for me. No refund of shipping if I returned the product or anything. The rep then hung up on me. They have no clue of the value of a long term relationship with a customer. Dont buy from them.

Terrible customer service. No communication. Took forever to ship. I think the only reason they shipped my order was because I asked for a status, otherwise I would still be waiting. If you need your rack stuff, order it a month before you need it. Their 3-4 day shipping estimate is total BS. I would never do business with them again. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more from someone else. I wish I had known all this before ordering.

Worst run company Ive ever run across. Did a bait and switch with shipping so they charged me twice as much than it cost with a different carrier. Refused to refund difference. Refused to respond to email. Incompetent & arrogant in their treatment of customers. Avoid this company!

Horrible company! Dont ever buy from them! They sent a shipping confirmation saying that my item would be ship in three days then when my item didnt came i called them and they said that its in back order. Been waiting already for a week and still waiting for it. Beware!!!

I had a Yakima roof rack on previous car and needed new "towers" to use existing cross bars on new car. Proline ordered what I needed and even did the installation for me (without extra charge). Very friendly, helpful and competent staff. I will buy there again!
