Windmill Cycles is by far the best shop I have ever done business with. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with curtesy and professionalism. The staff at Windmill Cycles makes you feel as though you are an old friend from the moment you say hello. When you have a question you are given truthful and well informed answers not stories or B.S. like many of the other shops try. Windmill Cycles stands by the product they sell and their passion and commitment to excellence becomes more than obvious through out the entire process of your purchase. Windmill Cycles also continues to support you long after the sale with a relentless pursuit of 100% satisfaction. There is never a problem too large or small for the staff at Windmill to handle quickly and effectively. These people really do walk the walk when it comes to meeting any of your needs. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bike from Michael at Windmill Cycles Inc. The atmosphere there is quite pleasant. I was not overwhelmed by sales people trying to sell me anything. After finding the bike that I wanted Mike informed me of the different types of options I could purchase a bike. I decided to put a bike on layaway. After making several payments on the bike and the nice weather started to kick in I could not wait any longer and applied for a loan and got approved. I picked up the bike rode away on a rainy day. My mistake. I rode over an hour away up to Boston to work and started having issues with the bike. I called and informed Michael of the issue and he was there for me 100%. Even offered to have someone pick me and the bike up over an hour away mind you! They fixed the issue with the bike and now she is running as good as new! I cannot express how satisfied I am with the customer service, knowledge, and loyalty Michael with Wind Mill Cycles Inc. has showed me. I would definitely recommend Wind Mill Cycles, inc. to all my friends and family! FIVE STARS HANDS DOWN!

Excellent experience from start to finish, no exceptions! Most importantly, having come in being ready to purchase my first motorcycle, I was so happy to know that even though I was biting off more than I could chew with a 2011 CBR1000RR, I wasnt on the receiving end of the "youre not ready for this" conversation that Ive heard at so many places before this. Having been accustomed to that, I was almost expecting it and ready to walk out if it happened. The opposite happened. No one questioned my choice, I was able to sit on all the bikes and confirm I made the right choice. They secured me with extremely good financing which blew me away with 6 different options. In one day, I was able to get the bike financed, tagged & registered, inspected, insured, and on the road! All in one stop. It was cold out so I rented a u-haul. They even helped me load it and tie it down for me! WOW. Recommending these guys to everyone I know. Extremely reasonable market competive pricing with a great selection of street bikes, harleys, and custom builds. If my bike wasnt so flawless Id be coming back for another one soon!

I am a satisfied returning customer. I previously purchased a Kawasaki Ninja from Windmill Cycles when I was 16. I was very happy with the customer service, so much so that I knew I would find a great bike and similar experience upon my return. This was definitely the case. More than 10 years later I returned to this establishment to see my dream motorcycle (Ducati Monster) parked on their showroom floor. I spoke with a customer service rep named Joe who was a really great help though the entire financing process, he helped me get a stellar deal that fit my financial requirements. Im now 2 weeks on my dream bike and am 100% satisfied. The owner of this business Mike was very kind and also a great help, he helped me choose excellent protective gear and gave me a very fair price on the new helmet and gloves I purchased. I would and will recommend this business to new riders and seasoned riders looking to purchase a quality motorcycles and gear. Always my first stop for all motorcycles & gear. Thanks again. . Craig.

They have a great selection of mostly used bikes, but not the best selection. Very pricey and when trying to apply for credit to finance I was told by the "manager" that not to even bother unless my credit score was a 750! To me it sounds like he just didnt want to make the sale! Also, on the their website and in store, they advertise, they take any and all trades! Thats a big FAT LIE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! When I brought in my motorcycle, they laughed said they wouldnt take it in, due to them not being able to resell it! Cool! Thanks no problem! Took my trade somewhere else (Durands in Tiverton) where they were able to give me $1000 for my bike as a trade towards a really nice custom Vulcan 800 and helped me all the way through the sale and still till this day are always in touch with me to make sure I have absolutely no problems with my cruiser! I will never go there again (to WINDMILL) and never recommend anyone to buy a bike there! SORRY...

We threw Windmill Cycles their first major curveball in the Motorcycle department - My boyfriend sold his Hayabusa to Windmill Cycles without me knowing - he made a smart financial decision since we just bought a house and money is tight. My family saw how heartbroken he was to lose his bike so we decided to buy it back for him as s surprise. We contacted Joe at Windmill Cycles to explain our situation and hope that he would sell it back to us - Needless to say Joe was INCREDIBLE to work with and helped us pull off the surprise of a lifetime to give my boyfriend his bike back!!! Highly recommend dealing with Windmill Cycles as their customer service is excellent! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent place!!! Just bought a 2014 YAMAHA FZ09 , the bike was mint, just like the website described it, the staff and the owner MICHAEL were so kind! Was a very good service, i also used their layaway system and the transaction was clear and i felt confident all the time! Honestly i would definetely do this again, very responsible person and very friendly, they have really good bikes there, well taken care off. if you are willing to buy one just go there and they will be really happy to help you with EVERYTHING you could ever need!! They also have plenty of clothing, parts and helmets!! Again very nice place, thanks a lot guys!!!
