Ill chime in as well to make sure they receive another negative review. Ill try to keep this brief, but will start from the beginning. I was interested in a Honda NT700V...which is sort of rare as it hasnt sold well in the states on its introduction in 2010. Spoke to one of their sales people...told me what a great bike it is, has sold every one of them hes had in, which was five or six. Had none currently. Told him Im very interested in the bike but wont buy it without trying it first. He found one, but would not take inventory unless I bought it. I said whats the issue? You said yourself youve sold every one you got in so taking it in shouldnt be that big a deal. To which he shuffled a bit and say "well yea, but who knows how long it will sit here." He said a mechanic has one, and maybe he would bring it in to let me at least sit on it and take a closer look, etc. I said that would be great. Was told the mechanic would be in that Saturday. Sales guy took my cell phone number and said he would call to confirm if the mechanic would agree. Never heard from him again. So Freedom Cycle in Concord got my business as I bought the bike from them a few weeks later. Flash forward a year, I had some bad cupping on the front tire so I ordered a new set from Motorcycle Superstore. Called Depot Honda said "I bought some new tires for my bike, can you guys put them on for me?" to which they said yes...could fit me in on Friday (I called on a Monday). So Thursday afternoon I went there to drop off the bike. Service counter person had a quizzical look on his face as I carried in the tires. Asked if I had an appointment, said yes for tomorrow, just dropping it off. Said something into the headset he was wearing, to which he responded "thats what I thought too." Then turned to me and said we do not install tires not purchased from us, Im sorry." To which I said I spoke to you guys Monday and was told you would, to which he sort of shrugged and started to explain something else but I walked off stammering "this is some dealership." (I may have thrown in an expletive) So I walked out the door never to return again. No future bike purchases, lost all service business moving forward (they did do my first service at 800 miles or so), any potential riding gear, parts, cleaning supplies (gas treatments, cleaning sprays, whatever). I am so thoroughly disappointed in this place. Its like they dont even WANT your business. So I will do all I can to write up poor reviews for them and turn others away from even considering going there for anything.

Worked for these people for two months. Not ever have I seen more unhappy complaining customers. This shop is probably the biggest disgrace to the honda logo I have ever seen. For your safety and security when it comes to motorcycles...do not bring any of your business here. They are great at selling motor scooters and taking your money but beware...the level of incompetence in every department is VERY scary. The owner is very good at barking commands (and talking about you) through her headset. Then will smile as you sign your check...or contract. Some of the help is people that are family...or married into the family. So the quality of your experience may lay in the hands of someone that truly just wants a paycheck...and knows nothing about motorcycles or atvs. It is also VERY concerning to know how many times employees (in a 2 month period) had brought in alcohol to consume while at work. You can tell the place used to thrive. There is enough shop space for 8 technicians. But over the years the shop has become a ghost town. It really is no surprise that this place has come to be such a mismanaged waste. It need go no further than the owner and her choices. PS. There was never any change in management or ownership. The real management has gone away and you are left with a two faced, opinionated, judgemental woman that cares about her bottom dollar...and NOTHING else. BUYERS BEWARE

Saw some reviews below about not wanting service... And Its definitly believavle as I have had the same issues with many bike places as well. I stopped into Honda to ask about HID lights and the person behind the counter came outside checked my bike and said you could replace the whole kit with a new HID or regular bulbs ... or (and whispered) you can just buy a HID bulb for that kid and replace it yourself. He was very helpful and brought out different kits to show me how it worked and the difference between mine and theres. I would recommend this place... I hear the mechanics are very good. And I would recommend "drew" behind the desk. I would NOT recommend CYCLES 128 - Worst service, broke and glued back parts on my bike. Called and said my bike was ready ... battery wasnt in it, lights didnt turn on when they put it back in. Hardware missing, rude people...blah blah blah read my reviews on them.

Wasnt my first time dealing with Rye Honda Depot. I will tell you what, it sure was my last time. Ive never once received great service from them. They are lazy and could careless to help you out. For an Atv/ Dirt bike off road store they have very limited products. Ive brought my dirt bike to have some minor work done and they charged me an outrageous amount for Labor. Ive also attempted to get my motorcycle inspected there as well, which they wouldnt sticker ( no issues with the bike). I went down the road 10mins and they laughed and put a sticker on it with no problems. Best of luck if you try to do any sort of business with these guys. THUMBS DOWN!

I have been dealing with Depot Honda for over 30 years even when they were at their old location in Hampton. I have probably bought about 10-15 units from them over the years. The staff has always been helpful and service is the best and they are always willing to help with any issues I have. I have been to many other Shops in the area and they are by far the best! Would never go any other place you should definitely check them out.

This place is one of the worst motorsport shops around, spend the extra gas money and go to rochester motor sports or anywhere else. Lady that sits at parts counter is no help and disrespectful, have had many things ordered in because they are not in stock and its just hold up after hold up. Good luck with them if you choose to go there I will not be going back. If the store were run by the mechanics, it would be a much happier place.

Stopped by for some info and the guy was great, not looking for a sale at all, but very helpful and friendly. Most dealers treat you like an inconvenience and a numbnut if you dont know that much about what they sell, but these guys are great. I will go back whenever I need parts for sure, good way to build a positive reputation.

What kind of motorsport place is closed on a Monday and all for nothing the last time I went in there I got no help was ready to purchase two ruckus scooters and I was ignored the whole time. As I began to leave someone approached me and I said "no thanks obviously Im not worth the sale" and went somewhere else.
