I dont have an issue with the staff. They are nice and friendly. I have an issue with the HIGH volume of mobile orders that come through at this location. I have had 3 issues within the past month where I waited 20+ minutes to receive my drink. I understand the whole mobile order process, but I watched how they came through and they would make the mobile orders jump the line. Its also very annoying to order a warmed up sandwich to eat with my beverage and then have my food be cold because my drink took so long to make. Im not your typical "millennial" and I actually enjoy talking to people. Its sad that if I were to every go back to this location, I guess I would need to do the mobile order and never talk to anyone again and my drinks would come out much faster.

When picking up a mobile order its hard to catch the attention of the staff. Often times it feels like they are flat out ignoring you. When you stand by a sign that says mobile order for over 5 minutes, youre probably there for a mobile order. The staff is slow moving. Even if there is a bunch of people behind the counter. Usually the majority of them are just talking to the others and like two of them are actually working. One at the register and one making the coffee. And there could be like 5 people behind the counter. Some of the staff have openly ridiculed custom orders, which is very uncomfortable. And regularly mess up a custom order. Not everyone on the staff is rude, there are a select few that are very nice and personable.

I am highly dissatisfied with my visit with my family on today. I placed my order at 11:29 and did not get my sandwiches until 11:52. The first time I asked, the lady "acted" as if she was going to check into it but continued to ignore the fact we were missing our 2 sandwiches. My husband then had to wait in line to tell the cashier and she stated "oh, we forgot". Now, they finally are cooking it and all we get in return is a "sorry bout that" after she completely forgets who the people were who needed the 2 sandwiches.

Though I never ever had a cup of coffee my wife loves her morning cup. So on weekends I go out and grab her favorite cup. Vente latte, 2 raw sugar, extra hot, and doubled cupped. It allows her to wake up a sip her coffee first thing in the morning. Now the folks at Starbucks are always the best. Whether its the Milton Ma or Conway Nh stores. They work hard, fast, and accurate. Always a smile on their faces.

Terrible customer service. Always a long line with minimal staff scurrying around in circles but ineffective. Clearly poorly managed. And baristas need training because my grande vanilla latte (very basic order) is half full and tastes terrible at least 2/3 of the time. Overall disappointing & annoying experience. Get it together Starbucks, youre better than this!

Its an amazing place to sit,chat,have coffee. They had nice tea cups in small size, i bought them to give as gift; When I entered inside, i felt as if i was in CA. I took caramel blue coffee and sat outside, the sunshine, the weather, made it an amazing day. All in all a nice place. Parking is available at backyard.

The service and staff certainly make up for this locations smaller size. Very busy in the mornings. Quality and spot on drinks make this my "home town" favorite. Peter is an excellent manager and goes out of his way to make me and my family feel welcome.

Good location near restaurant & stores. Very busy during morning, lunch and early evenings. Best time is 10 am-12pm, 2pm-4pm or after 6pm. Parking is limited cause everyone uses it for general errand in that area.

Cool location! The parking was the only thing that was a little off. It is in the back under a business, which was super limited. Table set up is a tad wonky but is comfy & productive in its own way

Pretty standard Starbucks - good coffee, decent service. Only drawbacks are limited street parking outside and confusing system for mobile order pick up (they should just leave them on the counter)

The girl who waited on us had a really bad attitude, my iced coffee was warm and all of the ice melted before I got a block away, the line was out the door, and the place is really too expensive

Great staff who work hard to serve all the customers well. The location frequently has lines with a wait time of roughly 10 min. Might need to add more resources to keep up with demand.

Very busy location in East Milton Square. You may wait inline for 5+ minutes to get served. Very popular for meet and greet or sitting outside during nice weather. Staff works hard..

Good Starbucks location with some seating inside and out. The service seems to be a little slower here than at other locations though. Parking is in the back, which is a nice bonus.

Limited seating, often dirty, not a very nice area at all to sit and relax . this place is mainly to get coffee to go. They do have some outdoor seating.
