I went to Visible Ink from a referral from my niece, nephew and several of their friends whove gotten amazing tattoos there. I went last Sunday (9/28) to get my very first tattoo. From the time I walked in the door til the time I left, my experience was 5+ Stars! Tatiana, the piercing artist greeted me at the front desk. She was pleasant and professional. She took a few minutes from piercing her client to go out back to ask Andrew if he had time to do my tattoo. Andrew stopped his own work on a client to come out to speak with me, which I thought was very classy. I said that I would gladly wait because by him taking that 3-4 minutes to come and talk to me, made me know that I wanted my tattoo done by him. The shop was clean, and very well organized. There was a lot of artwork on the walls by the different artists, and they even had several poster binders on the front shop wall that you could look through to get ideas of some of the types of tattoos. Oh, they also had hard covered books on the front counter for each tattoo artist showing some of their amazing work. Tatiana had a pretty cool picture frame slide show of some of her piercing work too. I liked it when Andrew asked 2 other artists opinion of the placement of my stencil to make sure it was centered and in the right spot on my upper back. That was cool. Andrew was a pretty fun guy. He was easy to talk to and the conversation flowed all during my tattoo. He made my first tattooing experience very easy. The pain level was minimal, I guess that was because he is great at what he does... Overall, I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is thinking about either getting their first tattoo or, more. Great place, great professional and fun artists!! Thanks Andrew!

Ive gotten ink at more "famous" shops in MA, and in comparison, they look like scratcher work. While those are scarred pretty bad and fading quickly, my Visible Ink work still looks brand new. Do not be put off by the location or the outside of the shop. I was, until a friend showed me his amazing tattoo. I went in immediately and booked an appointment with the same artist. The shop is very clean, and the best set-up I have ever seen for people who are waiting for their friends. Big screen TV, internet, etc. I was there for maybe about 3 - 4 hours total, but he cut me a deal and charged me for 2 hours! The staff members love to check out any custom work youre getting, but if you want privacy, there are tattoo stations that are kind of behind the piercing room. My second tattoo experience there wasnt the best. The artist didnt give me what I wanted, but I gave him very few reference shots and he free-handed it. I paid $200 up front, and the next session would only be $80. Only, there was never a next session. I called up the shop to see if I could get it finished and he was out for a while because of a new baby. I tried contacting him personally, but never got a response back. Considering I was getting inked for about 4 hours and (again) only paying 2 hours worth, I dont feel like I was ripped off. Im just a little disappointed. In short, this is an amazing shop that I highly recommend to anyone who wants crazy-good ink at a good price. I suggest going to the ATM beforehand, as theirs can be a bit dodgy at times. Like everyone else said: great parking, great staff, and very clean.

I just want to start off by saying they are the most unprofessional tattoo place I have ever been to. I had work done that was never completed and I paid in advance for it. I called the shop many times to speak to the tattoo artist to book a second appointment and he ignored my calls.The other employees in the shop were not helpful in trying to resolve my issue they even told me the artist was "lazy" and that I had to keep calling back. Not even the shop owner helped which I found to be outrageous! So my tattoo was never was finished even though I paid for the full work. I went to have my my money returned and I was told I wouldnt get it back or even half. Not only was this a nightmare I had to go to another shop to have the work completed and I was told i developed an infection. I will never go to Visible Ink and would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. They were the worst tattoo experience of my life.

I went a week ago to get pierced by Tatiana. She is nothing but amazing. Ive been looking into her work for months and have read great thing things about her. We messaged each other for about a week before I actually went in to see her and when I finally did, it felt like we weve been friends for the longest time. She made the process so easy and comfortable. I definitely recommend her for her professionalism and her prices are so reasonably priced, I couldnt believe what she actually charged me. She will absolutely be my go to piercer from now on. Thanks Tatiana!

Great experience. The shop is clean and the prices are reasonable. I worked with Andrew and was thrilled with my tattoo and the overall experience. He was professional, polite, helpful and friendly. He took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and where, he made appropriate suggestions, but was never pushy with his opinion. While tattooing, he kept the atmosphere relaxing, talked, joked and made the experience a good time. Id highly recommend him.

Went there to get a piercing at noon and was told that the piercing person isnt in until 130 so I decided to just come back the next day and was then told that she wasnt there until tues and thurs. Now why isnt that specified on there sign or ads on google. The desk employee told.me I should be reponsible and call aheD next time really how About I never come back.

I have a tendency of going to new places and getting quality tattoos , I was heading to the bowling place to play pool and seen this place Kyle gave me a great tattoo , the only reason it is 4 stars is because of the attitude one of the female tattoo artist was giving so much to the point I wanted to leave but Kyle is a great guy and did a awesome tattoo

i got my first tattoo done here and they are absolutely amazing. big ant does all my work and that of my friends as well. they are very clean, creative, and helpful. also got my piercings done here, and they do a fabulous job. there prices are fair and reasonable too! great parking, great location, great staff. i definitely recomend visible ink!

I can guarantee this will be the best tattoo shop you have ever been to! If you are looking to get some work done in a clean enviornemt by an amazing artist for a very reasonable price this is the place to go. I have gotten 5 done there and they all came out amazing just how i wanted them to.

A friend and myself went here to commemorate the loss of my loved one. Anthony was able to incorporate cremated ashes into my first-ever tattoo. Very nice staff, extremely professional and totally sympathetic to our situation. HIGHLY recommend Visible Ink.
